Before buying any bird make sure it is the right one for you. If you choose the wrong type of parrot, you will be unhappy and the parrot may get neglected. On my site I have provided some basic information on the parrots I breed. Information such as how big they become, their characteristics, how much attention they need, what equipment will be needed and basic help on what your parrot will need to stay fit and healthy.
If you are not sure about what type of Parrot you want, try reading my "How to Choose a Parrot Guide"

Cockatiel
Cockatiels are about as close to the perfect pet as you can get! With their happy personality and easygoing nature, these attractive little parrots will soon win you over, lavishing you with love and attention! These birds are relatively low maintenance. Their low cost, manageability, intelligence, and love for their owners have contributed to their popularity as pets. Cockatiels can live over 20 years
African Grey
Hand-reared African Grey Parrots can make wonderful, lively, intelligent pets, but it is important to make sure that they are hand-reared and cuddly-tame. I raise all my baby African Greys in small clutches so that each one gets lots of human attention at a very early age to ensure that the parrots are completely tame and will have a wonderful life in any home.
Galah Cockatoo
Galah Cockatoos are smart, affectionate and can talk quite well. Because of their social nature, Rose Breasted Cockatoos or Rosies as they are affectionately called, make loving pets.
Blue and Gold Macaw
The Blue and Gold Macaw makes a wonderful pet, they are gentle and sweet. They are highly social parrots and love being around people. Out of all the Macaws the Blue and Gold is one of the easiest to socialize.
Green Winged Macaw
The Green Winged Macaw, a beautiful bird, makes a friendly and feisty pet for those who can accommodate a noisy bird! They are the world's second largest Macaw! These birds are avid chewers and need plenty of wood, as bored Green Winged Macaws will be destructive, chewing on their cage or anything else they can find!
Umbrella Cockatoo
Umbrellas are beautiful, intelligent show-offs and can live over 70 years. They are perhaps the most cuddly and physically affectionate parrots on the planet, they can also be the most demanding. Umbrella Cockatoos are very affectionate birds and may have been the source of the term "Velcro bird" to describe their strong cuddling behaviour
